Our dynamic team work with leading organisations in our target sectors to deliver effective digital solutions.</p> <p>Dotser is now looking to hire an experienced SaaS Sales Manager to support the<br /> business in its growth strategy.</p> <ul> <li>This is a hands on role that will suit someone who enjoys working in a fast paced start up culture and is happy to lead by example.</li> <li>Working directly with the CEO, the Sales Manager will be responsible for setting the sales strategy for the organisation, building the Dotser pipeline across our markets (Ireland, UK, Australasia, Canada & USA), and delivering on the sales budget through active selling in the market.</li> <li>Over time the sales manager will also be responsible for building the sales organisation.</li> <li>The role will suit an individual who enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment.</li> </ul> <p>The successful candidate will have:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.</li> <li>Experience in selling across a range of company sizes from large enterprise and mid-market companies to SME’s across a variety of industry sectors. Selling SaaS products into the Agri sector would be a distinct advantage but not essential.</li> <li>Experience in working in an international environment with experience in the UK market in particular being an advantage.</li> <li>Demonstrable success in working in a start up environment and delivering on sales budgets. A proven track record of closing deals and successful pipeline build.</li> <li>Lead by example mindset</li> </ul> <p><strong>Remuneration & conditions</strong><br /> The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive remuneration package including the opportunity to participate in an ESOP (employee share option plan).
