The New Zealand Agricultural Show

The New Zealand Agricultural Show (formerly the Canterbury A&P Show) is hosted by the Canterbury A&P Association.

The largest agricultural show in New Zealand; The New Zealand Agricultural Show, has selected the SuperShow Event Management Platform, to manage its show.

Founded in 1862, The New Zealand Agricultural Show (formerly the Canterbury Agricultural & Pastoral Show) has welcomed over one million visitors since moving to Canterbury Agricultural Park in 1997. The Show attracts on average 100,000 people, over 7000 livestock and features competition entries and over 600 trade exhibitors.

The 2023 event will take place on 15th-17th November, on the outskirts of Christchurch.

Dotser was appointed to migrate the show to the SuperShow system in early Spring of 2022, and went live in May 2022 at with very positive feedback reported back.

Testimonial - Tracy Ahern, General Manager, The New Zealand Agricultural Show

Kia ora Loughnan & Dotser Team,

With less than 50 days to our New Zealand Agricultural Show, I wanted to thank you all for making such a difference to our Association.

When I first recommended to our Board that we would like to engage with an Irish company to build a new website for our 2022 Show with only a four-month delivery time, they were sceptical, to say the least.

Nothing was a problem with the Dotser team, and with humour and hard work, the results speak for themselves.

I can confidently say that Dotser delivered on time, on budget, and much more than we expected. You also took the time to understand our Show, create bespoke pages, and go above and beyond to create the best customer experience possible.

As we head into this year's Show, the feedback is excellent, and we cannot thank you enough for everything. Entries to competitions and membership have increased, and the user experience greatly improved.

We are committed to recommending Dotser to all shows within New Zealand, and we look forward to growing together with Dotser and exploring new opportunities and competitions.

With kindness,
