Dotser developed a unique COVID compliant ticketing and booking system which manages ticket sales per table layout with number restrictions, facilitating the sale of tickets by way of a COVID-safe QR scanning method and contact tracing. We also facilitated the live streaming and provided support to capture and promote the event with photography, videography and social media services.
Events venue Lee’s Bar’s brought together an audience made up of virtual attendees (by way of live streaming across the world) and their 50 socially distanced seats and tables at their inaugural Raising ‘21 Festival.
The three-day event which ran from August 5th to 7th was supported by the Government’s Live Performance Support Scheme 2021.
Speaking on the event, local owner and manager John Lee says ”the event was a huge success and it was brilliant to have great acts and customers back with us both here in the venue and live around the world. We had local customers with us virtually from Sydney, Toronto, Germany and New York. The atmosphere was just brilliant and the event couldn’t have ran better”.
“This is the first event of this type that we’ve ran and we’re thrilled with the success it’s been. There’s definitely more of this to come.”
