All of us at Dotser were delighted to learn that the Tullamore Tidy Towns float won the award of ‘Overall Winner’ at the Tullamore St. Patrick’s Day Parade 2023.
Dotser are huge supporters of Tullamore Tidy Towns and we were delighted and honoured to support this float, together with KMK Metals Recyling and Long Haul Commercials.
The float which is a huge credit to Margaret Naughton and her crew’s incredible design and work; was a magical fantasy garden, equipped with larger than life flora and fauna, colourful insects, and animals, and was elaborated by a performance of a kaleidoscope of butterflies following the float.
The work of the Tullamore Tidy Towns Committee in particular was highlighted this year as the theme for the parade was TIDY TOWNS-OUR COMMUNITY EFFORT. IS FEIDIR LINN LE CHEILE. The Gaelic translation to English is simply, 'We can do it together'. Tullamore is close to winning a National Award and with some help from the whole community this can be achieved.
Community development, promoting mental health and promoting STEM learning is at the heart of Dotser's corporate social responsibility, and we could not be more proud to continue to sponsor Tullamore Tidy Towns.
