Dublin Student Rooms caters for students seeking student accommodation and who wish to attend any of the Universities, Colleges or Language schools in Dublin.
Dublin Student Rooms offers modern and affordable student accommodation on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis in the centre of Dublin.
The Brief:
Dublin Student Rooms engaged Dotser to develop website functionality and design specific to their needs. The development requirements included creating a custom built booking system. The system had to enable a pre-vetting and screening process prior to booking confirmations. This system also had to provide for deposits to be taken and for flexible payment options to be set.
In addition to the custom built student accommodation booking system, Dublin Student Rooms requested specific image display settings which could enable each listing to be displayed with a number of image types including a pricing label.
The system also had to allow for properties to be set and displayed per preset areas.
Solution and Results:
Dotser Booking - Dotser designed and built a new website with custom built functionalities to deliver a booking system specific to Dublin Student’s Rooms requirements, with an intuitive interface and excellent User Experience (UX) results.
Automated primary screening and validation through simple online forms reduces administrative tasks and costs with the collection and storage of information, photos, files, booking agreements in a centralised booking system.
The end result is leaner administrative processes with better qualified enquiries .
