BAGMA (the British Agricultural and Garden Machinery Association) represent hundreds of members across the UK, from dealers in the agricultural, garden and ground care machinery industry to other organisations and businesses that support the land based industry sector.

The event took place on Thursday, November 24th in the Double Tree by Hilton Oxford Belfry.
The conference brought a great line up of speakers on the theme of Recruitment, Retention and Succession. These three topics come up time and again when speaking with dealerships. How can we get fresh blood in? How can we keep great talent? And, when retirement is pending how do we best address the issue of succession in the family-owned business?
The conference speaker line-up offered new insights for employers, supporting them in preparing for the future and creating a motivated workforce. The agenda addressed the full life cycle of an employee from the start of a career at a dealership, right through to their potential take-over.
