Dotser are delighted to announce our latest cloud business solution; COVID compliant ticketing & booking system, has been a huge success.
The unique system developed, manages ticket sales per table layout with number restrictions, facilitating the sale of tickets by way of a COVID-safe QR scanning method and contact tracing. We also facilitated the live streaming and provided support to capture and promote the event with photography, videography and social media services.
Speaking on the success of the festival, manager John Lee commented “This is the first event of this type that we’ve ran and we’re thrilled with the success it’s been. There’s definitely more of this to come.”
