Dotser to speak at next BAGMA Connect Meeting.
Dotser are dellighted to confirm we will be speaking at the next BAGMA (British Agricultural and Garden Machinery Association) Connect Meeting on Wednesday, 8th March 2023.
The title of the Dotser presentation is: "Agri Dealer eCommerce Platform - How to Manage and Promote New & Used Machinery, Parts & Merchandise In One Central Platform"
This meeting will be hosted by CLAAS at their premises in Bury St.Edmunds, United Kingdom. There will also be an opportunity to look around CLAAS’s facilities and training centre, and there will also be a presentation from CLAAS.
The meeting will be chaired by Andrew Walker from B&B Tractors, and there will be keynotes from Pete Harding of PFW Associates who will be speaking on “Getting the measure of Aftersales”, focusing on Parts and Service KPI’s and some of the common pitfalls around them and what good looks like. Other guest speakers include Peter Arrand, BAGMA President who will be leading a discussion on Training and Education, Alan Prickett from ISEKI, Dean Lowe from Safety Aide, Stephen Howarth from the AEA, Nimish Sheath from Worknest, Greg Cadman from Ibcos, and Richard Jenkins from BAGMA. The BAGMA team will also be available to answer any questions.
